Orange stoneware sculpture by ceramicist Hans Hedberg. Swedish born artist established himself in southern France already in the late 1940s. Fruits and vegetables were his favourite subjects. Taking the complex glazes to perfection creating naturalistic scultures became Hedbergs claim to fame.
This orange sculpture was until recently part of a prominent private collection.
